At Tanvir Attire, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If you’d prefer a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
